Mark Miller is Chief Strategy Officer of Team One, part of Publicis Groupe, and found the career before he found the degree: a Toronto high schooler who cold-called The Second City hoping to write comedy. They turned him down, said they liked him anyway, and called a small ad agency on his behalf.
