("Mogul," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at onmogul.com, our learning management system (LMS), executive search services, and executive training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Training content, materials, and assessments available through the LMS are proprietary to Mogul and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

All content on this website and within our training programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of MOGUL Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

In the course of providing executive search and training services, both parties may share confidential information. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Mogul, including candidate profiles, assessment results, training methodologies, and business strategies. Mogul will maintain the confidentiality of all client and candidate information in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for executive search and training services are outlined in separate engagement agreements. All invoices are due within the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the applicable agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOGUL Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Mogul in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our executive search or training services. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of our services for any particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms
