For over a decade, Mogul has honored the leaders shaping the future of work and human potential. Every spring we name the Top People Leaders, and every fall we name the Top Chief Officers of the year. Honorees are selected by leaders themselves. Nominations come from across our executive community, from CEOs, Chief Officers, and Heads of Departments at the 600-plus companies we serve. Each is then reviewed against a year of public record: appointments, expanded mandates, workforce and organizational decisions, shareholder disclosures, and how each leader’s company actually moved on AI and new technology adoption.
