Janis Hoyt is CHRO at Primal Pet Group, by way of Macy's, Aetna, Clorox, Blue Shield of California and The Honest Company, which she helped take public in 2021. She studied sociology at Berkeley because it is the study of how people tick, and found HR through a rotational assignment she never left.
