- 15+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and nurturing a talented and diverse faculty for long-term success; leadership in developing and sustaining equitable hiring systems and practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high EQ, including in times of crisis, uncertainty, and ambiguity; experienced in balancing transparency and confidentiality.
- 25+ years of experience in designing, teaching, and evaluating innovative, student-centered curriculum, including in social-emotional learning and Ethnic Studies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and events with precision; strong organization skills.
- Connection to and trust within well-respected local and national networks of BIPOC educational leaders and DEB practitioners, built over 25+ years.
