Legalities Of Financial Abuse

One aspect of abuse in whatever form it takes and stalking especially cyber stalking towards Women is Financial Abuse, also known as Economical Abuse. To elaborate further. Financial Abuse is the act of committing any variety of crimes towards their prey in hopes to impede the target's economical/financial gain. Essentially withholding finances and career opportunities from their prey.

For instance the whole premise of why a narcopathic abuser harasses and stalks their prey to the extent they do is solely for the purpose of not only deeming to push their prey out of life in general but also to prohibit the advancement of those they prey upon. This can also include the attempt to hijack those resources/opportunities to further taunt their prey with. It returns back to the whole basis of why perpetrators prey upon others in the first place -  It's the abusive narcissistic “I am better than you” stance they delusionally believe. Truth is they’re so intimidated and preoccupied with what their prey is doing they can’t even function in reality. Hence why you'll notice people gravitate away from them sooner or later. The action of Economical Abuse in and of itself is a felony aside from the actions of stealing/fraud (IE literally stealing funds.) A target can seek restitution legally for all and any funds either lost, withheld in any way, or flat out stolen. In the case of lost to give an example if the perp harasses, taunts, threatens, or enacts any interference which causes the target to forfeit, miss, or drop an opportunity (IE miss days of work) in which a livelihood could be made, that perpetrator can be held legally responsible for those damages/loss of income thus held liable. An also valid case would be if a perpetrator harasses and stalks to the point the stress effects their prey in any way health wise. IE To give a personal account. My stalker used to boast openly and quite proudly "Stress will kill you" after a court case as well as extreme harassment ensued causing one of my parents to become so stressed they ended up in the hospital for a few days. Basically the perp was doing this in hopes to "Stress to death" one of my family members or me as "payback" for their losing in a court of law. The hospital cost could be held liable to them. The same also goes for stolen funds via bank and or credit cards. This still stands if reimbursement of funds has occurred by the credit card companies or the respectable banks.

Simply put there are more acts of violence towards Women than a physical gun held to our heads. Violence against us can be more than physical, it's any crime and or human rights abuse to obstruct the well being and or economical health of those they prey upon.
