Monarq (@socialmonarq) is a community of like-minded women by Irene Ryabaya and Diana Murakhovskaya. They are women on a mission to inspire us to lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life, spark authentic conversations, and experience the joys of new friendships.

Both women started their careers out in banking, where they had successful careers but yearned for something more. Irene eventually left her job to explore the world, where she summited mountains, climbed, kayaked, sailed, dove, and worked on projects in the education technology space. Similarly, Diana left banking and spent a year traveling, hiking, and eating her way around the world, while running a lifestyle club for those passionate about food, wine, mixology, art, and music.

They both believe that nothing of value is created alone and it’s the people that make any endeavour meaningful, making them the perfect co-founders for a business like Monarq!

Their mission is to help women start and grow new businesses. They empower women to connect and engage in an authentic community through #SheHacksNYC hackathons, the #MonarqMoguls series & #MentHERnyc summit.
