Since Rick Smith has taken the role of CEO, the company has expanded its platform to include video visitation services. Securus also has expanded their services under Rick's supervision to inlcude managed access which uses targeted signal blocking to eliminate the treats of cell phones in prisons and create safer environments for inmates and citizens.
