Wealth Management Firm to Use Mogul’s Innovative Diversity Hiring Platform 

(NEW YORK) - Mogul, Inc., a disruptor in the HR Tech and executive recruiting industry, today announced that it has signed a deal with Ballentine Partners, a client-centric investment and wealth management firm based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Ballentine Partners manages over $9 billion of assets for private clients, including entrepreneurs and multi-generational families. 

According to the agreement, the firm will use Mogul’s innovative Talent Acquisition Platform to attract, source, and hire top, diverse talent. Mogul’s diversity-focused platform has disrupted the HR Technology industry with patent-pending software filters that allow recruiters to source top, diverse talent in several ways, including by gender, ethnicity, disability status, and veteran status, without limiting search results.
