Hey there! We’re Morning Brew, a media company committed to helping you, the business leader of tomorrow, become smarter in minutes. We started with a single daily email newsletter and now produce a portfolio of podcasts, videos, events, and newsletters (naturally!) that we pinky-promise will inform and entertain you.

We’re headquartered in New York City but our talented employees (about 290 as of summer 2022) are based all over North America, including Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Boston, Philadelphia, Providence, Phoenix, Atlanta, Denver, and Seattle.

Alex Lieberman (our executive chairman) and Austin Rief (our CEO) cofounded Morning Brew in 2015 at the University of Michigan. Our flagship newsletter Morning Brew debuted that year with the name “Market Corner.” Emerging Tech Brew and Retail Brew arrived in 2019, as did our Founder’s Journal and Business Casual podcasts; Marketing Brew and Sidekick hit the scene in 2020. Our Morning Brew Accelerator (aka “MB/A”) welcomed its first cohort in 2021, as did HR Brew. This year, we've launched IT Brew, and have several more newsletters in the works.

And we’re just getting started. With more than 4 million subscribers across our properties, Morning Brew is one of the world's fastest-growing business media brands. Morning Brew Inc. is majority-owned by the American publishing company Insider Inc. , which itself is a subsidiary of the German publishing company Axel Springer SE.
