I working closely with the CEO and regional leaders, to drive Openpay’s mission and values. I lead a global team and oversee all facets of the employment lifecycle across our Australian, UK and US operations. As Chief People and Culture Officer at Openpay, it is my responsibility to foster a workplace environment that our team are proud to come to each day.
An experienced leader and trusted advisor, I have nearly 20 years of broad HR experience having worked in HR leadership roles in both Public and Private enterprise, covering multiple industries and jurisdictions including Australia, the UK and most recently, the US.
I have a demonstrated ability in delivering strategic people initiatives that are aligned to corporate values and which promote the achievement of key business objectives for companies at various life-stages including start-up’s, scale-up’s, during the transition from privately held to public listing, as well as some of Australia’s largest and most recognised employers
