She may be best known for her 8 years of television experience appearing as a personality on MTV's The Hills, and Laguna Beach. Additionally, Lo is the Health and Wellness Editor-at-Large at Racked.com, a social media powerhouse with an audience of over 1.8 million unique followers, a trusted source on all things lifestyle to her YouTube subscribers (over 120K), a professional chef as a graduate of the International Culinary Center, best-selling author, Daytime Emmy Award nominated executive producer, and serves as a brand ambassador for countless well-known companies in the fashion, food, fitness, home decor, and beauty space.

Since graduating from UCLA in 2008, Lo has played many roles but her true passion lies both in the kitchen and the gym.
A 2014 graduate of the prestigious International Culinary Center in New York City, she is following her dreams of cooking at the highest level.  She is trained in classic French technique with a focus on Farm-to-Table cuisine.  Her love for cooking the tastiest meals with the healthiest ingredients helps to define her overall style and what she shares with the world.
