WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM 


The primary focus of this role will be to advise and partner with multiple internal stakeholders on select searches to identify, attract, vet, then engage internal and/or alumni prospects.  Secondary focus of this role will be to provide guidance to internal stakeholders on temporary hiring processes and sourcing candidates.  

The role is based in Warsaw and we are working hybrid (your regular presence in the office will be required).


WHAT YOU’LL DO 


  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand the requirements of the roles that are of greatest interest to internal and alumni talent 
  • Collaborates with recruiters and their hiring teams to identify ways to increase visibility of roles that hiring teams are keen to have filled by internal and/or alumni talent. Works with Alumni and Bain Career Advisory teams to stay current on available talent 
  • Manages the vetting process for alumni and internal prospects by coordinating with local office HR/staffing/program managers, PD advisors, guardians, etc. to confirm they are eligible to be considered as candidates
  • Screens eligible internal and alumni talent to determine if they are a match for open roles; walking them through the search process, gathering basic details on their experience, availability, compensation expectations to ensure expectations are aligned
  • Assist with temporary hiring process on an as-needed basis. May include posting roles and sharing resumes when appropriate. Work with Ops CoEs and/or HR to draft offer letters and kick off background check and onboarding process 
  • Ensure ATS data is kept up to date. Track and report on the process and outcomes of identifying and aligning internal and alumni talent with Bain opportunities. May train others on the internal and alumni talent process
  • Post internal rotation opportunities, educate hiring teams on the rotation process and collaborate with HR to document rotation hires


ABOUT YOU


  • 3-5 years of work experience required in recruiting or the broader talent management space
  • Previous in-house recruiting experience a plus 
  • Demonstrate exemplary judgment, sensitivity, and discretion
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced, globally dispersed team and with stakeholders also spread across multiple time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among multiple parties
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking and/or HRIS systems preferred 
  • Eligible to work in EU
