Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Provide senior functional analyst experience and senior system design skills.
  • Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems;
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases; corrects data in critical situations.
  • Responsible for designing and creating functional specifications for complex development projects;
  • Analyze the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system;
  • Program solutions using the People Tools suite.

Basic Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional six (6) years of relevant experience, as delineated in this labor category, can be substituted.
  • The candidate shall have:
    • Eight (8) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or business process redesign;
    • Eight (8) years of experience with PeopleSoft™ ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoft™ 9.0;
    • Eight (8) years of experience in developing, prototyping, testing solutions for information systems implementation
  • Certified PeopleSoft training shall include at a minimum:
    • PeopleTools I
    • PeopleTools II
    • PeopleCode
    • Crystal/Query
    • SQR
    • Workflow
    • Integration Broker
    • PeopleSoft Financials
  • Experience applying broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to lead information system projects.
  • In-depth technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft.
  • Experience providing subject matter expertise in industry, process or technology areas.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience planning and managing the work of information systems project teams.
  • Experience with conceptual design and development of training curricula.
  • Experience leading clients through streamlining, reengineering and transforming business process.
  • Experience ensuring consistency of quality across multiple projects.
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
