About me
I am a lawyer and business professional with expertise in both operations and people-centered management. As a Black woman who has frequently been the only person of color in the spaces I've inhabited, I've been invested in diversity, equity and inclusion since before "DEI" was a term. I believe that diversity, equity, and belonging are facets of organizational culture - if an organization's culture isn't fundamentally about fairness and doing the right thing, no amount of DEI training can rectify that.
