About me
Alexandra (Davis) McArthur is a vice president for the Global Partnerships division of AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company. Acting as an internal agency for AEG, Global Partnerships oversees worldwide sponsorship sales and activation for more than 135 world-class platforms across five continents and numerous other assets, including venues, sports franchises, events, tours, festivals and digital content among other AEG holdings. The AEG Global Partnerships division manages more than $2 billion in contractually obligated income across its global assets and generates more than $550 million in revenues per year.
In her role, McArthur is directly responsible for creating and selling cross-platform partnerships for the AEG Presents portfolio of assets including events, music festivals, venues, tours, content and digital media properties. As a vice president working for one of the largest concert promoters in the world, she also oversees budgets for several high-profile AEG Presents music properties including Rams Head Live, The National, The Norva and Firefly Music Festival, while also creating prominent partnerships across AEG’s entire global portfolio.
McArthur began her career at AEG as an account executive on the AXS.com team, where she drove revenue for the ticketing, e-commerce, and content platform. She has quickly risen through the ranks during her time at AEG, having been promoted twice in the last four years while garnering a reputation for category innovation and successfully opening doors to new partnerships.
Prior to AEG, McArthur worked at CBS Radio where she grew the company’s client list and sold radio time, digital advertising and events. Her work resulted in record-breaking accounts and substantial billings in 2014 and in 2015, earning her the prestigious CBS New York “One to Watch” award while there. Proceeding her time at CBS, McArthur was one of 52 chosen out of 7,000 applicants for a sales internship at Under Armour.
Recognized as a leader, McArthur has served as an AEG Sales Summit panelist in 2018 and 2019 and was part of the CBS New York Sales Force Council and New Business Development Team, as well as the CBS Digital Sales Force Council while at the company. For all of her achievements, she was also one of 12 executives selected from applicants across the country to join the prestigious AEG Women’s Leadership Program in 2019.
McArthur is an alumna of Miami University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business. While there, McArthur was a student-athlete, serving as vice president and captain of the university’s club lacrosse team. She is native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, Chase.
