Today she supports others in their own healing through a holistic programme encompassing mindset, health & nutrition working both individually, and in safe, small group environments helping survivors to ‘break the cycle™’ of low self-esteem and limiting behaviours. Chris also runs seminars developed specifically to help survivors overcome the barriers that prevent them moving forward so that they are able to lead happy and fulfilled lives.
• Chris is an active campaigner working to raise the profile of childhood abuse in the UK and the need for legislative & societal change. She has appeared in national media including the BBC News, and is a regular guest and spokesperson on the subject on Sky TV’s breakfast show, Sunrise, hosted by Eammon Holmes. She has also appeared in a raft of printed media including the Sunday Mirror and Woman magazine.

Written to inspire other survivors all the profits of the book sales are to be re-invested in her own charity, Survivors of Abuse (S.O.B) established to raise awareness, to provide help & support through workshops, conferences & seminars & ultimately to provide funds for crisis counselling for survivors. The Kindle download of the book released last year was No.1 on Amazon in its genre.
