Traded all Floating Rate Products (FRNs), including bank subordinated paper and perpetual bonds.
Promoted in 2003 to the Head of the Short Term Products Group which included Euro Commercial Paper Trading and FRNs. Managed own team of five employees as well as Deputy to Head of European Credit Products. As Deputy, helped run all aspects of European Credit Sales & Trading. Worked on HR, IT, Product Control and Risk initiatives. Administrative duties included yearly reviews, promotion process, strategy sessions and business updates for senior management.
