•1 ripe banana
•1 scoop of whey protein (I use Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Ripped from GNC)
•½ tsp Baking Powder
•Sprinkle cinnamon or add vanilla extract
It can be accompanied by some bananas and blue berries or any fruit of your choice.
