In light of the recent public rejection of the Colombian peace agreement, work resumes to find a solution. Prof. Doug Cassel will address the challenges that now face a Colombia in the midst of a difficult transitional period. Following the presentation, Andrés López, J.S.D. candidate in international human rights law, will engage Prof. Cassel in a “question and response” dialogue. Lunch will be served.
