Finals are just a week away. It's scary knowing that your overall grade depends on how well you do in these exams. I have always struggled with stress and this time of the year for me is a peak. Through the years I have discovered several things that keep me calm:
Orange Flower water- helps with anxiety although it tastes like orange rind
Candles- This year I started collecting candles and lighting them up in my room. I recommend candles that smell like eucalyptus and lavender for a calming and soothing smell.
Body salts- I noticed a huge difference in my showering experience once I started using body salts
Airplane noise- Trying to study for a test but you can't concentrate? Try looking up on Spotify or YouTube Airplane noise!
Tea- I've never been a fan of tea, but when I'm a bucket of stress, a nice hot cup of tea does the trick!
Netflix- I've noticed that if I'm extremely blocked by a test, I usually need a break. I recommend taking a 10 minute break and watch your favorite show on Netflix and decompose and then you will be able to concentrate more.
These are only suggestions. Maybe these are things work for me, but not you. The important thing is that with this you can discover things that work best for you.
