Presenter and model, Annaliese Dayes, who recently hosted the FAD fashion showcase at Fashion Scout during London Fashion Week on Monday, 17th September. This year, FAD celebrated 20 years of discovering and uncovering the best of new British fashion talent.
Over the past four years Annaliese Dayes has carved out a career in modeling and presenting in TV shows, such as America’s Next Top Model, and The Clothes Show. She’s also interviewed some of the biggest celebrities in the world from Janet and Jermaine Jackson through to fashion’s elite, Caryn Franklin and Hillary Alexander, to name a few. As a successful model, Annaliese has worked with numerous high profile brands from Ponds Skincare, Avon, and The Body Shop, among others.
An active ambassador of FAD, Annaliese has hosted their fashion showcase for the past few years. FAD is an award-winning charity striving to build a creative community that fosters inclusivity in fashion and provides programs that assist young designers with the opportunity to kick start their creative careers.
Described by Vogue.com as an “undeniable springboard” for fashion, the FAD undergraduate competition exists to inspire, promote and support intelligent fashion design. This year celebrates 20 years of creativity and will celebrate 20 of their most prominent designers, including British Jamaican Vogue and W Magazine darling - Grace Wales Bonner (who won the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers in 2016) and Gagan Luthra, who designs for Victoria Beckham.
