Halloween is just around the corner! While three weeks may seem a ways away, this spooky holiday will be here before you know. Whether you’re hosting a Halloween bash for your crew or having a few friends over for a scary movie night, you’ll definitely want some Halloween themed drinks to bring you’re evening to the next level. Andrea Correale, founder and celebrity caterer of Elegant Affairs, has mixed up five creepy and delicious cocktails to both scare and impress your guests.
Correale has been producing custom designed, award-winning catered events in the New York city area for more than 20 years and has catered for A-list celebrities such as Brooke Shields, Liam Neeson and Kevin Spacey. Her creations are sure to amaze all those who drink them.
Below you’ll find ingredient lists and step-by-step instructions on how to create these crazy Halloween drinks.
1. 3 eyeball ice cubes
2. 2 oz. vodka
3. 8 oz. mix
4. 1 Jar Green Olives
· 1/4 c. tomato juice
· Pinch horseradish
· 1 tsp. Worcestershire
· 4 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco, Tapatío hot sauce, etc.)
· 1 lemon, fresh squeezed
· Black pepper & celery salt to taste
Eyeball Ice Cubes
Remove green olives with pimento from a jar. Replace pimentos with black olive slices and place in ice cube trays to freeze in ice.
Pour Bloody mix and vodka over eyeball ice cubes.
· 1 oz. White Rum
· 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
· 1 oz. Chambord
· 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine all ingredients into shaker. Shake till chilled. Serve in faux syringes.
Chilled Vampire Shooters
· Citrus Vodka
· Rose’s lime juice
· Lemon for garnish
Pour chilled citrus vodka into shot glass. Add splash of grenadine and roses lime. Garnish with lemon
Bloody Mary Test Tubes
· Tito’s Vodka
· Fresh lemon juice
· Bloody Marry Mix
· Blue Cheese stuffed olive
Insert one Blue Cheese stuffed olive in bottom of the test tube. Drizzle Bloody Mary Mix & Tito’s Vodka inside of test tubes. Add Siracha to tubes for extra spice.
Impress your guest with a Halloween bar and put dry ice in all the mixers so the smoke as you pour them into each cocktail you make.
