Congratulations and Thank You -Mogul at Wellesley

Congratulations, my beautiful sisters, for accomplishing the school year! We all have learned so much about ourselves, each other, and the community around us, and it is important to thank our parents, friends, and mentors for helping us grow. I know that each of us had faced multiple struggles this year, whether it be academically or not, and now is the time relax and reflect on how these struggles have made us stronger.

I was walking through my residence hall the other day, saying goodbye to the seniors who are graduating and thanking my hallmates for a wonderful year. It was during this time that we all broke down in tears and realized how far we have come together. This was the first year Mogul at Wellesley launched, and the tremendous support that the Wellesley community and my lovely friends have provided has truly accelerated Mogul at Wellesley's mission to unify the campus and women around the world. I hope this goes as an example to everyone about the love and sisterhood that Mogul signifies. Together, we are stronger. And together, we create inspiration.

The Mogul at Wellesley Team and I want to thank you all for helping us grow our mission and community this year, and we cannot wait to see what the future brings.

Love,

Jessie Xiao

Hi Jackie, Wellesley is a great place to foster women into female leaders. Because we are a liberal arts college, we are heavily focused on building well-rounded critical thinkers, but to accomplish that, Wellesley's courses are notoriously difficult with a grade deflation policy. All students inevitably struggle during their time here, but that fosters an expansive support network throughout the college. There are only 2400 students with average class sizes ranging from 8-20 students per class. The professors are all highly accomplished and due to the small class sizes, the professors cater the course material according to the students' development and are able to both support and challenge each student. After going through such a challenging environment, it is no wonder why all Wellesley alums graduate feeling like they are able to take on any problems that life throws in their way.

hi Jessie, thanks for the info. Where is Wellesley located and how to get there? Do you girls stay in dorms or go home after classes?

From what I see in the picture, half of you guys are Asian? It is totally cool. I am just wondering why there are so many Asian-Americans? Near to some Asian community?

Thanks Marla! It just happens that some of our team is Asian-American. No reason in particular haha

Thank you so much for your feedback, Jessie! Is it considered to be one of the top colleges in general and for girls in particular? Who are the most famous female students from the school?

It's the #1 all-women's college in the world and #3 top liberal arts colleges in the nation, according to US News and World Report. Our most famous alumnae include Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, Diane Sawyer
