I’ve had a tough week. A year ago, I would have never admitted that. It’s been hard; my emotions have been everywhere. I switched emotions so easily, and it worried me at first. However, I have come to terms with the fact that I’m human. It’s okay to feel. I’m tired of being afraid to speak out on how I feel; there’s no reason as to why I should hold back from discussing my emotions. With everything on my plate, it’s easy to lose sight of the good things in life. So, this week, I’m opting into a healthier lifestyle, more sleep, and more productive study. I hope everyone has a great week this week, and if you don’t, it’s okay. Take a deep breath, and keep trying.
