1. NO SODA
2. Anytime you want to drink anything other than water, choose the water anyway. It's just 30 days ;-)
3. Do 15 squats ever time you go to the bathroom.
4. 30 seconds of plank each morning before getting ready for the day.
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time (walking, jogging, etc.)
6. Fill yourself with happiness and enjoy life
