MOGUL SEEKS NOMINATIONS FOR TOP 100 LIST OF COMPANIES WITH THE BEST DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION, AND BELONGING (DEIB) INITIATIVES
(NEW YORK) - Mogul, Inc., an innovative HR tech software company and executive search firm with a vision to unlock the world’s greatest potential, today announced that it is seeking nominations for its list of “Top 100 List of Companies with the Best Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Initiatives.” Nominations can be submitted here through July 1, 2022. Anyone may nominate an organization, at no cost. Winners will be announced July 12, 2022.
“At Mogul, we believe it is extremely important to recognize organizations that have shown outstanding leadership with their DEIB programs. These organizations have embraced cultural values that allow all individuals an opportunity to feel a sense of belonging, inclusion, and equity within the organization’s culture,” said Tiffany Pham, Mogul’s Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, “These organizations nurture and promote diverse talent, have developed an inclusive mindset, and understand the importance of equity within corporate culture.”
Pham noted that companies that excel in offering truly stellar DEIB initiatives often acknowledge that diversity includes factors well beyond ethnicity, race, and gender, such as age, religion, sexual orientation, lifestyle, parenting status, veteran status, disability status, social class, and education.
Nominees will be evaluated on the following criteria, however, Mogul also reviews publicly available information to determine winners:

Inclusive mindset with inclusive company initiatives
Progressive workplace resources
