KANTAR SIGNS DEAL TO USE MOGUL’S INNOVATIVE TALENT ACQUISITION PLATFORM
Data, Insights, and Consulting Leader Prioritizes Diversity Hiring Efforts
Dec. 1, 2021 (NEW YORK) Mogul, Inc., a disruptor in the HR Tech and executive recruiting industry, today announced that it has signed a deal with Kantar, the world’s leading evidence-based insights and consulting company. Mogul offers a talent acquisition platform, fully diversified executive search services, inclusive networking and educational events, and online social communities.
Kantar plans to use Mogul’s innovative Talent Acquisition Platform to attract, source, and hire top, diverse talent. Using Mogul’s patent-pending software filters, recruiters can source talent in several unique ways, including gender, ethnicity, veteran, and disability status, without limits on search results. No other talent acquisition platform offers this combination of abilities right now.
“We want to create an inclusive culture where everyone can succeed, and we are changing how we recruit people to ensure our team is growing inclusively,” said Simon Coombe, Head of Talent Acquisition, Americas, “Mogul’s talent platform offers us access to millions of diverse candidate profiles and will support us in fulfilling our hiring goals.”
Kantar employs 25,000 professionals in more than 80 markets around the world. According to Coombe, Kantar focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in each unique region. Initiatives range from inclusive behavior training, flexible working policies, and return-to-work programs for people who have taken career breaks.
Kantar also offers Employee Resource Groups — global virtual networks where people can connect on key topics: [email protected], Colourf[email protected], [email protected], and a Neurodiversity Network at Kantar.
Many businesses are using Mogul’s platform as an alternative to mainstream talent acquisition systems, as those systems have algorithms that favor white male candidates and may limit the number of candidates in search results, whereas Mogul’s platform was built with diversity as a priority. Mogul’s unique diversity filters allow recruiters to search for candidates quickly and with extreme specificity, including gender, ethnicity, veteran, disability, and other diverse characteristics.
“Diversity drives innovation and creativity, enabling us to better serve the needs of our clients. Inclusion creates a culture of belonging, where everyone is empowered to succeed,” said Coombe, “We are thrilled to use Mogul’s talent platform to accomplish our goals.”
