Michelle has consulted with such iconic brands and companies as Unilever, L’Oreal and Paul Mitchell to help shape their textured-hair business plans, whether it be developing holy grail products or creating communication strategies to most effectively connect with this valuable consumer. TextureMedia was acquired in August 2015 by Ultra/Standard, an industry leader in multicultural hair care and beauty distribution. Michelle heads up Business Development efforts for the company.
