Megan started her own PR agency, Evolve, in 2014 after realizing that no agency was offering the senior-level, personalized attention in the health care and beauty space that she knew she could provide. The agency is dedicated to partnering with clients who embrace innovative technologies and treatments that improve women's lives. Megan and her team have won numerous awards for their work. Most recently, she was named one of PRWeek's 40 Under 40, a roundup of the next generation of communication leaders.

Prior to EvolveMKD, Megan held senior roles at Emanate, Lippe Taylor, Fleishman Hillard and Euro RSCG Life PR. When she’s not building brands and making media headlines, Megan is heavily engaged in philanthropic endeavors, supporting a number of women's causes.
