Lauren currently leads the Human Resources, Recruitment, and Office Management functions in TaskUs's US offices. She spent 50% of the first half of 2016 in Manila, Philippines where she managed the Recruitment team there, then turned around and helped open up our San Antonio site in the fall of 2015! Now back in the US full time, Lauren is focused on TaskUs’ domestic expansion and employee engagement for 2017. She loves partnering with our clients to develop winning recruitment strategies and being a good partner to both TaskUs and it’s employees in ensuring everyone is happy, engaged, safe, and having fun!

Lauren has always found herself at start-up companies, loving the rapid pace and energy typically found in them. She’s held recruitment and human resources positions at Nomic, HauteLook/Nordstromrack.com and in hospitality for SBE Entertainment where she oversaw volume hiring for restaurants and nightlife.

She loves to travel and eat her way around the world, most recently Tokyo and Thailand. Lauren loves to cook giant meals for family and friends, and is known to get a little competitive in bar trivia (and everything else). Her 2 year old pup Chewie is her sidekick most days, and she also plays classical guitar, enjoys exploring LA, and thinks there is nothing better than a rainy day, a good book, and a cheese plate.
