Kimberly deCastro has led operations at Wildflower International, Ltd., in Santa Fe, New Mexico, as president and chief executive officer since establishing the federal contractor nearly three decades ago. Under the guidance of Kimberly deCastro, Wildflower International, which also maintains offices in Tennessee, provides United States government clients with the intimacy of a small business and the strength and resources of an international enterprise.

Over the course of her career with Wildflower, Kimberly deCastro has received a number of honors and awards, including a national Land Stewardship and Development award from the United States Department of the Interior in 1998, which was given in recognition of exceptional restoration efforts impacting 5,000 acres of local wetlands.

Ms. deCastro is a strong supporter of women in the business world. She engages in various efforts to help develop leadership skills in female employees and has established Wildflower International as New Mexico’s largest woman-owned business. She also works in areas of animal welfare.
