Kelly is a certified personal trainer and certified holistic nutrition coach who works to inspire working women to first love and accept their bodies and then make lifestyle changes that reflect deep respect for their health.
Kelly has dealt with a lifetime of disordered eating, compulsive exercise, and body image problems. She believes that getting healthy (and losing weight permanently) must come from a place of love and respect for body, mind, and spirit, rather than a mindset of force and punishment (i.e. starvation diets and soul-draining exercise).
Kelly has worked as a personal trainer with Fitness Together, a nationally recognized chain of independently owned training studios, and has also worked with local businesses to support employee wellness programs. In 2016, Kelly launched Kelly Bailey Fitness and has been working since to create virtual training and coaching programs to help women worldwide conquer body shame and reach their healthiest and happiest selves.
Kelly holds a BS in Environmental Studies from Ohio Northern University. She is certified as a personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute of Ohio, and certified as a holistic health and nutrition coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
