Karina Spritze is a creative marketer with a huge sensibility in visual persuasion. Growing in Burbank, California, she was exposed to the entertainment business early on and often visited studio sets and met creative personalities. This influenced to her imagination, sparked curiosity and ultimately polished her artistic eye for creating content, collaborations and identifying opportunities for brand growth. Her creative career path began in 2007 when she started freelancing at Award Shows which, lead her to the music industry. Fresh out of high school and after a summer studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, she landed an internship at Island Def Jam Records, an iconic pop culture record label who had signed talents such as Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, Beastie Boys, among others. There, she met a music manager who recruited her as an assistant to a prominent music director and radio personality at a Top 40 radio station. During the four years working alongside major music influencers, she was invited to travel, attend private music events, award shows, recording sessions, and made long-lasting relationships.
In 2012, she took a break from the entertainment industry to spend some time for herself in Europe where she studied English Literature and Anthropology at Lincoln College, University of Oxford. She took this time to travel to many countries, learn different cultures and explore. Upon her return to Los Angeles, she was determined to bring talents to a Fortune 500 company. In the interim, she freelanced at Showtime Networks and went on tour with recording artist Kelly Rowland as an assistant. Soon, the opportunity presented itself and she joined a major beauty corporation that leads today's most influential beauty brands. By the end of 2013, she had also co-founded Project Fitness LA, a high-end personal training services and lifestyle brand.
Karina has traveled to many unforgettable places such as Japan, Costa Rica, Brazil, France, Germany, Ireland, Croatia, London, Jamaica, all of which have given her a wholesome intellect and an eye for creativity. She now resides n the West Hollywood's iconic Sunset Strip where she continues to grow professionally and exercise her passionate for women empowerment, encouragement for young entrepreneurial spirit and education to under-resourced teens. She stays creative by getting away from her computer, rollerblading at the beach with her husband, meditating, exercising, traveling, reading, watching foreign films, listening to world music, photography and being around other creative people in different industries.
