Karen Fleshman is a consultant, public speaker and workshop facilitator focused on transforming workplace culture to be more diverse and inclusive so companies can unlock their full potential. Karen specializes in helping leaders and employees become aware of and address systemic racism and unconscious bias. She developed cultural competence skills as a community organizer, public servant, attorney, and nonprofit executive specializing in workforce development for low-income young adults.
