Analyze complex data processing problems to develop end-to-end system solutions including planning, design, testing, and implementation. Drive business analysis by interacting with product owners to identify requirement for complex business and technical deliverables. Participate in strategy and planning discussions with the business and technical leadership and collaborate with development team members to develop creative solutions for business issue and new initiatives. Create clear and concise end-to-end high-level and low-level technical documentation for developers to ensure results meet the end user's requirements. Write complex SQL queries to extract pricing data from terabyte+ data sets in DB2. Use shell scripting to develop Unix, Linux and Mainframe commands to access, manipulate and transfer large data sets. Plan, Coordinate and execute both integration and regression test activities. Provide direction and support to the development and QA teams, lead development teams and supervise other technical resources.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, business, or related
Five (5) years of experience in system analysis or application program development
Must have some experience with the following skills: 1) Writing complex SQL queries to extract pricing data from terabyte + data sets in DB2; 2) Interacting with product owners to identify requirements and develop high-level and low-level technical documentation for developers; and 3) Using shell scripting to develop Unix, Linux and Mainframe commands to access, manipulate and transfer large data sets.
