Hi @gabbyYu! When I get overwhelmed by the demands of the day, I think about my long-term goals. So, instead of focusing just on the project at hand, I think about where the results of that project will get me.What is your goal? Is it to reach college, start a job or other? Whatever it is, take a step back and think about how today's to do list will help you reach that goal.That's what helps me stay motivated. I hope that it helps and wish you success!
