At Fidelity, our success depends on attracting the best people. That's why our team is made up of the most talented and dedicated individuals in their field. People who are passionate, driven and act with the highest level of integrity and personal attention to detail. At the heart of our culture is the entrepreneurial spirit and tradition of community involvement on which our company was founded. Our employees have deep ties to the communities where they work and live - this is what makes Fidelity a great place to work and grow. What's more, you'll have the opportunity to develop your talents and pursue your passions across a large, diversified company that prides itself on high standards set for ourselves in doing business.

At Fidelity, our goal is to make financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want. These efforts have always been possible because of the standards of doing business we set for ourselves and measure our success against: Responsibility, Integrity, Compassion, and Expertise.

At Fidelity, employees are entitled to our competitive compensation structure. We offer 15 paid time off days/year (average) with flexible work hours available. Training & Education is offered through programs such as the Tuition Reimbursement program, on-site training opportunities and Conference Reimbursement. Career support is given via the Fidelity Mentorship or Sponsorship program, the Women's Affiliate Group and the Diversity Council. Employees who are new parents get up to 16 weeks fully paid maternity leave and 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave to care for their new infant or 6 weeks fully paid adoptive leave to care for their newest family member. Should our new mothers need additional help, Fidelity offers support through dedicated lactation facilities and offers an Adoptive Assistance Program, a program designed to reimburse families for certain eligible expenses incurred during the course of a legal adoption of a child under 18. In addition to the benefits mentioned, Fidelity offers other wellness perks including, gym membership subsidies, a tobacco-free workplace, subsidized healthy food, yoga and/or meditation class offerings, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, On-Site Health & Wellness Centers, the Fidelity Step Ahead Student loan Assistance program, commuter benefit program, the Employee Discount Program, 401K Contributions and Catch-Up Contributions.

We believe that a nurturing work environment attracts the best talent and reflects our commitment to being a place where people want to work. For the women who thrive at Fidelity, we know that our strengths deliver amazing results: the ability to respond with compassion and respect, the insights that underpin the achievement of long-term goals, and the pride that comes with getting the details just right.
