While studying abroad in New Zealand, I had a taste for adventure. After bungee jumping, skydiving, spelunking, river surfing, playing rugby, rock climbing on a volcano, and hiking under a glacier, I found that adrenaline can be a potent tool in self-motivation. You may feel fear during these experiences, but by not succumbing to it, you can open your life to a new world of possibilities.
