About me
My name is Tiffani Rozier, I was born and raised in South Jersey, right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I’ve always a curiosity about food and cooking. I loved to watch Julia Child, Jacque Pepin, and Martin Yan on public television before there was cable. I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona and have lived in New York City, Nashville, San Francisco, and Philadelphia. I studied culinary management at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute-Le Cordon Bleu, before that I attended the Art Institute and studied advertising and graphic design. I worked in marketing for about ten years, before I decided to get serious about pursuing my love of food.
I am still don’t know how well I wear the title of ‘Chef’ but I work hard to deserve the title. I am extremely entrepreneurial, so I have a few other pursuits that are still connected food. Which happens fast when you’re a creative type.
