We’re committed to making digital advertising better, because the future of the open internet depends on it.
That’s why we created an independent media buying platform designed for the open internet. One that helps marketers reach more customers in more places, with more transparency and choice at every stage — from planning to pricing to performance.
At its best, the internet is an open marketplace of ideas, content, and commerce. And we intend on keeping it that way. Because the open internet matters.
We hope you’ll join us on our mission.
We help brands and their agencies deliver more relevant ads to audiences everywhere, across devices and channels.
Pillars of our Mission: We’re working to make the internet better
Our values-led culture is based on behavior we all embody every day: Vision, Grit, Agility, Generosity, Openness, and Full-Hearted
We believe that maintaining a tight-knit company culture while expanding our global presence is core to our success. We work hard to make sure our teams feel their impact and find meaning in their work day to day.
Our collaborative, supportive teams are able to work together to solve our clients’ problems and unblock challenges on the products that we build. Defining the values around our unique culture has been vital to our continued success.
At The Trade Desk, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion
and belonging in which all employees from diverse backgrounds and experiences are empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
We demonstrate this commitment of Inclusion and Belonging through intentional action with five key focus areas: Education, Celebration, Donations, Diversifying our Talent, and Listening to Each Other
At The Trade Desk, you are at the center of everything we do to foster innovation through openness, collaboration, and approachability. When you feel your best—physically and financially—you bring your best to your family, coworkers, and clients. That's why you deserve benefit plans and programs that provide all the tools you need to thrive.
As a TTD employee, you receive a dynamic benefits package designed to support you and your family's total health and wellness.
We’ve achieved some amazing things with our technology. But it’s nothing compared to the culture we’ve built. When you join The Trade Desk, you’re entering an environment built on empathy, collaboration, and ownership.
We partner and provide financial support to organizations that promote unrepresented groups and communities such as -
Mosaic Center: Through the American Advertising Federation, we are a multi-year sponsor of the Mosaic Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Our efforts have contributed to the creation of student chapters of the AAF on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) campuses that previously did not have them. These chapters help with education about our industry, awareness about careers in digital advertising, and related opportunities and internships.
IRTS: We work with media organizations including The International Radio & Television Society Foundation (IRTS) which seeks to build the next generation of media leaders to more accurately reflect the diverse demographic of today’s consumers.
love has no labels: We provide in-kind contributions/pro-bono campaigns on our programmatic advertising platform, including a project with the U.S. AdCouncil called Love Has No Labels. The campaign was intentionally designed to promote acceptance and inclusion of all people across race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
Brixton Finishing School: In 2021, we started a new partnership with the Brixton Finishing School in London to offer internships to diverse students from working class backgrounds, unrepresented minorities, and ethnic groups. Our plans include job offers for successful interns at the end of their assignments.
Anita B.org: Anita B.org runs the world's largest gathering of women in technology, the Grace Hopper Celebration. We’re proud to be a multi-year partner which brings together women in technology for learning, networking, and to increase our visibility with female candidates.
