The goal of The Mars Agency’s DEI initiative is to create an environment where every employee feels welcome to bring their full selves to work every day by curating a diverse workforce, establishing processes to foster inclusion, and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to achieve their greatest potential.

Through engagement with community special interest groups, training to understand and overcome bias, and a summer internship program offering students from diverse backgrounds access to an industry in which they’ve historically been underrepresented, Mars is striving to make inclusion an innate part of the way we work.

  • Martian Missions, in which employees apply for up to 160 hours of time to support a cause of their choice;
  • Individual Personal Volunteer Days.
