TELUS International is a Contact Center that delivers global services to different industries throughout the world. As the technology division of TELUS International, our Digital Solutions team leverages next-gen technology experiences for international markets. Team member resource groups
Our six Team Member Resource groups support over 6,000 members, and together play an important role in advancing inclusion within our organization and throughout the communities where we live, work and serve around the world. These groups offer mentoring, networking, peer support, volunteering and coaching opportunities to members. Our resource groups also enable us to better understand the needs and preferences of our diverse customers, helping TELUS become one of the world’s most customer recommended companies.

TELUS Days of Giving around the globe
In addition to our weekly (even daily) charitable activities, once a year we focus our efforts on our TELUS Days of Giving. Thousands of our team members put aside their daily activities to join a common cause, whether it’s building entire schools in Central America, refurbishing centers for young children in Eastern Europe or constructing entire villages for the homeless in the Philippines - and more. In 2020, during the pandemic, we found new ways to make a difference from distributing food baskets and knitting blankets for families in need, to delivering care packages to healthcare workers, to donating computers to students to continue their virtual education, to creating online storybooks for young children.
