New York Life Foundation President Heather Neslewas recently a featured guest on the Purpose360 podcast, which focuses on unlocking the potential of social purpose to ignite business and social impact. Heather discussed the Foundation’s dedication to the issue of child bereavement, having donated over $40 million in grants over the last decade to childhood bereavement organizations across the country. She also touched on the success of New York Life’s workforce involvement in the Foundation’s initiatives, which can be attributed to buy-in from leadership across the company and ongoing support and participation from CEO Ted Mathas, who also acts as Chair of the New York Life Foundation Board.
