Forbes has named the list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity, and for the second year Stanley Black & Decker is honored to be a part of it. Of the 500 large U.S. employers included we ranked #282.
Forbes worked with a research firm to compile the list, surveying more than 50,000 employees who work for large U.S. companies. They focused on workplace questions about diversity, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age and disability. Other factors included were the gender split of companies’ management teams and boards, and whether a company proactively communicates about diversity.
