WiSH
Communities such as Women in SHI (WiSH) celebrate the diversity of women in technology and connects voices across SHI in advancing workplace gender equity. Throughout the year, WiSH provides education, trainings, panel discussions and more in breaking down workplace barriers and, promoting women into more technical and leadership roles. It also functions as a space to represent, appreciate, and educate on communities including: LGBTQ+, Indigenous peoples, People of all ethnicities and backgrounds.

Heritage Committees:
While the Heritage Committees are meant to serve as a space to plan and celebrate annual heritage months, they have developed over time into safe, inclusive spaces for our many unique communities to gather, sharing stories, resources, and knowledge. These committees have been responsible for heritage oriented events and programs such as: Virtual Cooking Classes, Music Listening Parties, Group Yoga Classes, companywide Fundraising Efforts, Exciting Educational Newsletters and wonderfully insightful Employee Spotlights.
