Traditional and Natural Essential Oils for a Super Health Boost

For thousands of years, herbs have been used in traditional medicines. They used to be common in the days gone by all over the world. The Native American Indians were using traditional oils ten thousand years ago, and still do today on the reservations across America.

The number of materials involved in these processes is much greater than the number remaining at the end.

The applications of oils are almost limitless. Homeopathy and acupuncture points are traditionally used for topical treatments, but oils can also be ingested so long as they are pure and mixed with a good carrier oil and placed inside vegetable capsules with a good carrier.  Oils can be placed into your bathwater and soak into the skin that way. It is critical to know that essential oils generally should not be ingested unless specified by a certified physician. 

Additionally, steam inhalation and a diffuser is a great way to consume essential oils. All in all, there are multiple methods in consuming the essential oils and experiencing its benefits. Frankincense Carterii (Boswellia Carteri)
