Imagining myself here...
While planning a weekend to visit San Francisco later in the month and thinking about how I want to spend my time, the thought occurred to me. Though I do like to get out of my comfort zone safely, I am truly a creature of habit. Weekend time is when I like to double down on working out when I'm home. Why should that change when I'm on the road?
Working out centers me in a way like nothing else. It also seems to expand the number of hours I have in the day because I'm so energized after a work out.
When I read that the Bay Club in San Francisco has an outdoor heated pool, imagine my delight when I also found the following email in my in box after signing up for Club updates. Who knows I might just get hooked as there are locations not too far from my home in Los Angeles.
"Retreat to the Bay Club!"
Trying to decide what to do this weekend? We have you covered!
This is music to my ears: Be our guest at the Bay Club and spend your Saturday morning stretching out in a yoga class or sweating it out in a HIIT class (it makes brunch taste that much better). For sure!
Afterwards, enjoy the afternoon with a complimentary glass of wine or beer at our Sip, Sip, Hooray Pop-Up event, and end the day with a relaxing massage at the Sanctuary Spa. On Sunday? Do it all over again! Yippee.
It's time to unwind and relax. It's time to see what life is like as a Bay Club Member. Yah!
