Born and raised in Mexico City to a Mexican mother and Japanese father, Minué has a unique understanding of how leveraging the strengths of a multicultural environment can boost the growth and innovation of organizations.
Minué has over 20 years of corporate experience in training, sales, marketing, and communications. Working with Fortune 100 companies in United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Puerto Rico, she has developed and implemented numerous programs focusing on helping companies grow their profitability, increase their social impact and enchant their customers, through leadership development, as well as multicultural and multi-generational inclusion.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and some French and Japanese, she holds degrees in Business Education Pedagogy (Universidad Panamericana, Mexico), and in Professional Leadership Skills Development (Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico). Additionally, she earned several professional certifications ranging from Training and Public Speaking to Financial, including Life and Health License and the Chartered Leadership Fellowship (American College, USA).
Excelling at delivering workshops on leadership development and public speaking, she has been a featured speaker on National Summits for Diversity and Inclusion, and has been active in professional Latino Advancement, Asian Network Leadership and LGTB groups as well as Professional Women’s Empowerment initiatives, Diverse Cultural Programs, Multi-Generational programs, and Non-Profit organizations.
