About me
Since 2015, Dr. Luu D. Ireland has served as an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She also works with patients directly out of the UMass Memorial Medical Center, a clinical setting where she provides a wide range of obstetric services as well as child delivery and contraceptive management. Dr. Luu D. Ireland specializes in helping women through the difficult miscarriage process and in dealing with abnormal pregnancies.
In her work as an educator, Dr. Luu D. Ireland works directly with medical students and delivers valuable instruction on family planning, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and more. Prior to beginning her medical practice, she attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA before going on to an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. In addition to her medical degree, she also has a master of public health (MPH) from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
